THE surveygizmo embedding JavaScript code and it seems problem is related to js and this need to be fixed at surveygizmo side. Our coder on vidyamantra.com has looked at it, and find it to be a surveygizmo server side problem.

We are having problem this the upload function if we use embed codes from;

    The File Upload question type is actually incompatible with Javascript embeds, unfortunately. You can see a list of the question’s limitations here: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/file-upload#limitations

    iFrames should work on mobile, though; what kind of device/browser wasn’t able to render the iFrame? You could also add some code to your site to make the iFrame responsive; here’s a post that might help point you in the right direction: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17838607/making-an-iframe-responsive
