I have a survey embedded in a SSL wordpress site. Once you press next (after answering the first couple questions) the form tries to leave the website to load the next set of questions and runs into a secure error. I’m assuming it doesn’t embed the entire survey on the site, however, how you do prevent this secure error?
I am not an expert in server protocols, but I don’t think that there is anything that can be done within SurveyGizmo to prevent this error.
When the respondent presses the NEXT button, the survey attempts to contact the underlying survey database (located in an Amazon Web Services server) in order to post the responses. And depending on the embed method that you used, the survey may be attempting to redirect the respondent to the SurveyGizmo domain. Either of these may be the cuase of the problem that you are encountering.
This question might be better answered by a server expert from your website’s hosting service.
