We use SurveyGizmo for some internal forms, such as project requests. The forms were created so that the person responsible for collecting and logging project requests would receive an email each time one is completed. Initially, we set up the form so that the email would seem to come from the person who completed it. It worked fine for a long time. However, several months ago, we noticed that the emails were going to our junk folders and not our inboxes any longer. To correct this, we changed the form so that it now comes from the default SG email address. Can you think of anything that might have changed to make this happen?
You may want to touch base with your IT team and make sure that they have whitelisted SurveyGizmo IP addresses.

Thanks, Lola. I thought we had done the whole whitelisting thing, but maybe something changed. This is a recent development. It only started happening a few months ago. I’ll contact my IT group.
