I’ve tried multiple times to get a verification email sent and nothing comes through (checked spam/junk folder). I changed my email address to see if that was an issue and nothing comes through on that address either. Is there something else I can do?
There are several reason that this could be happening, But since your fellow SurveyGizmo users can’t access your account, we can only guess.
What email address are you using in the FROM EMAIL field? it should be something like noreply@surveyey gizmo.com (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/email-deliverability#sending-from-your-own-email-address). Email systems compare the FROM EMAIL field to the actual domain from which an email is sent. If there is a mismatch between the FROM address and the sending domain, email systems will assume that the email is malicious and will block it (https://sendgrid.com/blog/dont-send-email-from-domains-you-dont-control/).
That is my first guess. Let the user community know if you have any more questions.
