[Solved] Email notification not working



I have several custom reports that used to send email notifications. Then they suddenly stopped sending out the notifications.  No one has changed the reports in 6 months. Any troubleshooting help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey there!

    I suggest checking to make sure that your schedule has sends left.  You may need to go in and schedule those again. Reports can send out as many of 120 times depending on the rules you have setup.  🙂 I hope this helps!

      Actually not the issue. What I have is a custom survey that a person fills out(I use it as a report for incidents).  When the person completes the “survey” the logic is setup to send a group in email.  This stopped working for 3 separate reports/survey
