[Solved] email issues

I added an email action to the end of my survey. I’ve done some testing an am not getting the emails which should send to me… anyone run into this? I’m fairly certain that I set this up the right way. Any suggestions, solutions?

    You might need to have your IT team white list SurveyGizmo’s IPs. That helped in our situation here.

      Do you know where I get these IPs? Do I have to reach out to SG?
