I continue to have challenges with emails going out. I have read the following which is very helpful.
My emails come out with headings that look as follows:
Sent: Tuesday, March 21, 2017, 2:29 PM
Subject: Important research.
Is it correct to have the [[mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org] display in the “From” line?
We normally place someone’s name, or the name of a team in the FROM field. And then we put their email address in the REPLY TO field. When the email arrive, the FROM: line looks like this:
Cokerum Institute [mailto:email@example.com]
I can’t speak with experience, but it seems likely that placing an email address in the FROM field may be enough to trigger a spam filter.
