I’m having an issue with the email campaigns I’ve been setting up. I have a survey that I want participants to complete each night for a week, and have programmed multiple email campaigns, one for each night that goes out to the same contact list. I set it up so the email with the survey link goes out at 8pm each night, and a reminder email goes out at midnight. However, my participants on the contact list have informed me that they aren’t receiving the emails on time. One night they received the first email at 9:30pm instead of 8pm, and last night they received both the initial email and the reminder email at 2am. I’m wondering why there is a delay in when these emails are going out, and if there’s anything I can do differently in programming email campaigns so the emails go out at the exact time I need them to be sent.

There are many factors that we cannot control when an email is sent. Here is an article that goes into detail about our best practices. This article will help with overall deliverability as well as help your email reach the respondent faster.
Though these may help, sadly we cannot ever guarantee immediate delivery simply because of the nature of email.
Thanks again for your question!
