Email campaign is stuck on 200 and the other 3800 just ays waiting
SurveyGizmo sends out 5% or 400 contacts (whichever is higher) whenever your sample is 2,000 or greater. This is part of their deliverability best practices to try and limit the number of bouncebacks being sent, as this affects SG’s IP.

Yes i have read this but. But it has been over a week and no more have been sent. It says that they would send every 30 minutes.
I can only assume it has been cancelled although the 3800 emails says waiting not cancelled.
So i will try to cancel this and send again and see what happens this time
