I’ve set up an email campaign for a survey that is currently open. When I send myself a test email, the link in the email takes me to a “sorry, this survey is closed” page.
I’ve tried re-inserting the survey link merge code in all the campaign messages but it hasn’t fixed the problem.
This is copied from last year’s email campaign; could that be causing this to happen?
The survey is titled EM-O 2017-2019 Contract Ratification Vote, and it is due to go out Monday 12/18 at 6:00 a.m.

Since you copied the survey, maybe there is a previous close date that is still applied. You can check this by going to Advanced > General:
There is also a chance that the Email Campaign has its own open/close date. You can check this via the campaign’s Advanced Settings:
