How do i make sure the email campaign is working? i have set up a campaign and although Survey Gizmo says the emails have gone out, companies are not receiving them. I have checked with 2 companies and had them check their spam and had their IT departments check their firewalls, and they claim the emails did not make it to their systems.
I am absolutely stuck as i cannot process my survey.
What can i do?

I recommend that you review the ‘change-from-address’ article and read the “It is important to note….” block very carefully. In our experience, this is the reason for most email failures, and it is one of the easiest to fix.
