A year ago I created a survey in a Basic account. Then I went away for several months, and now I am back. I simplified the survey and am now using it through a free account. I am very happy except for one miserable glitch: The “Thank You” page at the end displays not only my revised (this year’s) text that I want on the Thank You page. After that (lower on the page) it also displays a bunch of text that I created last year. I cannot figure out how to get rid of this additional unwanted text, which will simiply confuse my survey respondents. I have tried everything and I cannot find a way to access the text and change it to null. I think this may be a bug in the SurveyGizmo software. Perhaps by buying a more expensive plan I could gain access and eliminate it. But I don’t think SurveyGizmo intends to operate in such a way (ie., holding us hostage to our own previous creations).
Any ideas on what I might do?
Thank you –D.O.
