I created a survey to get feedback on 3 different service providers (call them A, B, and C) our firm uses. I want to share the results with each of the 3 providers, but I would like to be able to “hide” or remove responses on the reports. For example, on the report for company A, I would like to remove or redact the name of company B and C in the report I want to share with company A. Same thing for Company B, I would like to remove comments where A and C are specifically mentioned. Almost all of the mentions of each individual company are in “text” fields where the respondents could enter comments.
You’ll want to apply filters to your report:
Filters allow you to build rules to determine what data is included in your report. Assuming that the company is identified via a question in the survey, you could target that question and the filter rule would look something like this:
If Question X is exactly equal to ‘A’
