Hi! i need help with the “edit” option.
We are working off line and sometimes it is possible to edit a response, and sometimes it isn’t. sometimes the edit options appears and sometimes it doesn’t
How does it work?

Are you trying to edit responses after you have uploaded them into your SurveyGizmo account or are you wanting to edit them directly on the device prior to uploading?
Have you noticed any patterns with the types of responses that you are not able to edit, are they only Partial status for example?
Any other information that you might be able to pass along might help Community members offer some suggestions.
