I will be using the same multiple choice options for each question – how do I insert them globally and then if I want to change them – change them globally?
There’s a couple of options for creating a question once and using globally. One option would be to create an entire survey and make it a template from which you can create multiple other surveys. The other option would be to create a question, or set of questions, and add it to the Question Library.
Here’s our documentation on Templates: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/survey-templates

Each of these options will work great as far as using and re-using questions globally across multiple surveys, but unfortunately any changes made to the question in the original Template or to the original question that was saved in the Question Library will not be passed globally. There’s not a way in our system to pass changes globally, so you would still need to make changes to each specific survey question in each survey manually.
Hopefully this information is helpful
