We are having issues downloading/exporting some of our surveys in CVS/Excel (in xls). After the export and download when we try to open the file it appears a message that said: “The file is damaged and can’t be open”. And the Excel closes.

My XLS exports are opening in Excel without any problems at all, and I’m running a lot of them from a lot of different surveys currently. This might be a problem specific to your surveys, like maybe there’s some data on your exports that’s causing problems. Foreign characters or symbols or something like that? I’m just guessing, though. It sounds like you might need to contact sg’s support team about this: email@example.com
