I would like to ask that if I downgrade my account is it possible to have a refund, or it is impossible and I am suggested to wait until the end of the subscribed month?
Thanks for your question! I would recommend waiting until the end of your paid subscription term before downgrading the account. In general no full, partial, or prorate refunds will be made as adjustment for any such downgrade. That said, we’ll always be more than happy to take any extenuating circumstances into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
