I have a question that pulls in responses that are selected in a preceding question but for those only selecting one response, I’d like for this question not be asked (i.e. only asked if a customer selects more than one option in the preceding question). How can this be done?

    Hi Eric,

There is no off-the-shelf solution to this problem.  However, if your account allows it, you could develop a custom script to perform this function.

You would start with the sgapiCheclboxTotalChecked function to determine how many options the respondent had chosen.  You would then need an IF/ELSE statement to evaluate the result and run the sgapiHideQuestion function to hide the question if the respondent has only selected one answer.
