It looks like there’s a difference in the data reported in the system’s automatic reports, and the data I see when I download individual responses. Specifically, the system’s report says that 6 people bought a particular kind of product, but when I look at the individual responses, I count 29 people saying they bought this product.
I assume I’m misreading something. Can someone point me in the right direction?
The only thing I can recommend from personal experience is checking your filters on the survey as a whole or the single question itself. Sometimes I forget some of the filters I set and it can do the same thing to me.
If that is not the issue I think someone from the SG Support Team will need to assist you with it.
