[Solved] Did you already encounter a “non delivery ” email issue when you invite others to test ?



I tried several times to “invite others to test” my survey but each time I received an email that notified the delivery has failed. Below the text message.


Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

“Email adress”
A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address. Try sending this message again. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

The following organization rejected your message: smtp1.XXXX.net (xxx.xx.xxx.xx).


Do you already encounter this type of issue and do you have a suggestion to fix it?

    Hmm, it sounds like your email system may be blocking our email sends. Your IT team should be able to fix this by whitelist our IP addresses! I’ll create a ticket for you and send those IPs along.
