We ran a survey last year that had a decent amount of custom scripting (Google Analytics tags, hidden DIVs revealing based on the user response, etc).
The campaign went well. We were on a PRO account at the time.
At the end of the campaign we downgraded to a free account.
We’re now looking at kicking this campaign off for another round, but it seems like all of our custom scripting is broken.
For example, see Q3/4? Those grey boxes (“Keeping on top of your blood pressure…”) shouldnt appear until you have selected an option.
Is the code mangled as we switched from PRO to free and back to PRO?
Any help would be much appreciated.
The scripting should not have been affected with the downgrades/upgrades.
When the account was downgraded to free, the scripts would have been disabled for that time being. Once re-upgraded to Pro, the scripts should function again.
One thing that could affect this it timing. If you activated to Pro and tried a survey with a script right away, you may have noticed something strange. There is a bit of propagation that takes place when upgrading (some features may take several minutes to fully re-activate within the account).
Hope this helps!
