Hi I have a survey that I copied to then start another survey. However! i cannot remove our logo I placed in it. I am being asked to upgrade the account and that my account is not up to date. It is up to date! I need this sorted asap! User experience at the moment is pretty terrible, I have tried calling you and all phone lines are disconnected – what’s all that about!?
