I recently started a trial account and created a survey. I have decided that I want to activate my account so that I can continue developing my research project. I am a doctoral student and this project is towards my degree, however, when I first signed up with Survey Gizmo I set up the account in gmail. I have since learned from a sales rep that there are benefits to using my student email for my Gizmo account.
How can I change my username to my student account?
Please note that since my trial period is just about over, I really need a response as immediately as possible so that I can activate my account and continue working on the survey that I have developed.

The survey that you developed during your trial will definitely be saved should your trial expire prior to upgrading.
Having said that, as long as you have access to your account (if the trial has yet to expire), you can update your login and contact information from inside the account.
