Is there any way to see the date a response was last modified/updated? We have a number of responses to our surveys which we have had to modify a single piece of information, but no way to tell when that occurred or for which responses.
In some cases it would be possible to see when the last time a response was edited, but not in all cases. It depends on how the response was edited.
If you edit the response by using the Edit Link (which is a process outlined here: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/send-an-edit-link), any edits made will actually re-submit the response, thus changing the date submitted. After the response is edited, you will see the new submitted date, and that would be the date the response was last edited.
If, however, you edit the response from within the Individual Responses section (process outlined here: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/viewing-responses#editing-responses), the edit time and date will not be tracked. Using this method, you’re not actually re-submitting the response, so the submit date stays the same. If you are using this method, you unfortunately will not be able to see the dates and times of the last edits.
Hopefully this information is helpful.
