Date format error in tablet and i-phone format

Hi!

I have a date field which is formated for mm-dd-yyyy, which is the same format that is configured in the project date format (in general settings).

It works well in the default test mode / preview. But when I switch (the test mode) to tablet or i-pad (as you can see in the picture below) it asks the user for a different format (dd-mm-yyyy).

Then the system don’t accept the (pre-configured) date format (mm-dd-yyyy). And when I input the date in the requested format (i.e., dd-mm-yyyy) I get this error message:

Is there any chance to solve this problem in tablet and i-phone formats?

    I’m curious – if you open the survey directly on a phone/tablet (via the default share link), do you still see the issue? Or is the issue confined to Test Mode in SurveyGizmo?

      Good question Dominic. I assumed that the Test Mode in SurveyGizmo was enough. But as you suggested I’ve tested the survey on a tablet and… surprise: no error. With regard to a phone the problem persists. This is what happened after I entered 01/25/1964:

      Is there any chance to solve this problem in the phone format?
