I’ve read the support stuff but can’t figure out how to add multiple customised links to a survey so I can track responses from different channels. Is it available in a basic plan?
Assuming that you are referring to this help article:
If so, this is not available to the Basic license – when viewing the help content, there will be an ‘Available on These Licenses’ section on the right side of the content. This will show you what plan/license level is needed to access the discussed feature(s).
