Custom Report is not showing all active fields selected


My custom report used to show certain active fields that were selected from the survey. However, for whatever reason, it no longer does. When I go to Customize Report, the active fields I want to show on the export are selected; however, when I run the report and extract it, it is missing some fields such as Name, Email Address, etc.

    What type of report are you working with (Standard, Crosstab, Comparison, etc.)? Or is it perhaps an Export (CSV)? Are you still seeing this issue?

    It’s a bit difficult to diagnose these types of issues via the Community forum as other SG users don’t have access to your account. My first suggestion is to re-create the report that you are working with to see if the issue persists there.
