I set up a few custom contact fields and want to merge the data into our survey BUT when I work to add the merge code to the survey as a default answer, they are displayed as [invite(“custom 4”)] vs the intended [contact(“customerid”)]. I’ve verified they are saved by visiting Email Lists and clicking Merge Custom Fields. Can you help me identify the misstep?
