I have downloaded from other surveys without difficulty. My latest survey is causing problems
There are at least 3 ways of Exporting or Downloading to CSV – all of them stop at 4%, and the progress bar turns red.
I can view the individual responses just fine…
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Yes, I experienced rpt download delays/halts yesterday as well. This was a temporary slowdown I attributed to post-holiday overload – too many users trying to all get caught up at the same time.
