Has anyone else had an issue with crosstabs not loading when using the Share link from a Standard Report?
The crosstabs load within SurveyGizmo, but we’ve had intermittent problems with them loading when someone uses a shared link. Since we sometimes can get the report to load correctly, we thought it was something internal to our network but our Tech Support area tested it and says it’s not our network and they can’t identify the problem without an error message.
I’m at a loss and we need the links to work. Have you run across this problem?
I have not personally run across this issue, but I would suggest bringing this to SurveyGizmo Support – they will be able to troubleshoot/diagnose the issue.
