Create a recurring surveys daily with different question

0

Hi There,

Is there a way to setting up a recurring surveys to regularly share a different question(s) everyday and gather data over time without creating new web links at a frequency that i choose? I would like to assess my employees’ knowledge by asking one question regarding their job everyday at a specific time period (in working hours) for a month. Would appreciate any ideas or suggestion from the forum.

    Hi Edina,

Sounds like a very interesting survey! The easiest way to achieve something like this might be to use a URL variable to pass the day into the survey. Then you can set up all of your questions in the survey and set up logic on your questions to determine which questions show.

So, for example, you might have a survey link like so.

    www.surveygizmo.com/s3/1234567/employee-daily-survey

Each day you can send out the survey with a new URL variable attached like so:

    www.surveygizmo.com/s3/1234567/employee-daily-survey?day=1

This day variable would be automatically stored in the survey and would be available for logic set up.

Here are a couple of tutorials to get you started setting something like this up:

Your survey is also pretty similar to a diary survey which is a little more complex to set up. Here is a tutorial to help with this:

    I hope this helps!
