As captioned, we are trying to export data from our survey project “User Feedback (2015) – Use of Technology -Retail – Master”.
It was fine an hour ago when the record count was ~650. Now the record counts go up to >670 and the above situation occur. There are around 670 columns in the table.
Hi Kevin! This sounds very much like an issue SurveyGizmo had experienced last Thursday evening/Friday morning. Reports and exports were getting stuck as you describe – it was resolved as soon as our team became aware of it, so you should no longer have any troubles running your exports
