[Solved] Continuous Sum: logic rule on highest value

0

Hi there!

I would like to show a question after the Continuous Sum if “Food” has the highest value of all four answers.

Is there a possibility to compare all values? Unfortunately I have no SG-API skills.

Thanks in advance!
Christian

    1.) Set-up Hidden Values

    2.) Custom Script on Admin Page

    sgapiHidePage(23,true);

        %%consum1 = sgapiGetValue(69);
        %%consum2 = sgapiGetValue(73);
        %%consum3 = sgapiGetValue(74);
        %%consum4 = sgapiGetValue(75);

        if (%%consum2 > %%consum1 && %%consum2 > %%consum3 && %%consum2 > %%consum4)
        {
            sgapiHidePage(23,false);
        }

      Hi Christian,

      Unfortunately there is no way to do this without using custom scripting.  There is no off-the-shelf function that will allow you to compare four responses and determine which one has the highest value.

      You might be able to do this with a different combination of question types (values in Continuous Sum questions can’t be used to trigger question logic). You could also consider using SurveyGizmo’s programming services (https://www.surveygizmo.com/programming-services/).
