After download the file with the contacts to send the survey , it keep with the message “Your upload is still in the queue” and doesn’t go through.
Hi Renato! This sounds like it may be related to some trouble SurveyGizmo experienced last Thursday evening/Friday morning. Many exports were not running, and imports also seemed to have some trouble. The issue has since been resolved, so your import should run more smoothly now!
If there’s still trouble uploading your contact list, try the “View Import Log” link on the left side of the Contacts page (under Campaign Summary). This will list each import attempt you have made, and the results of that import (including if there were any errors it ran in to).
