Confirmation Email not reflecting updated info. HELP!

I have a survey with a confirmation email going out that I’m BCCed on.  The information within the survey is correct, but the confirmation email that’s going out has incorrect info.

 

I’ve tried copying the action and then deleting the original, but that doesn’t seem to work.

 

Any thoughts?

    This is often a result of updating the plain text version of the email but not the HTML version. If this is the case, this article will help you resolve it:
