[Solved] Conditional Sub-questions Checkboxes from a Parent Question Checkbox

0

I was wondering if there’s a way to have sub-questions (in the form of checkboxes) appear if a parent checkbox question is checked.  Please see the attached image for a clear description of what I am trying to accomplish. As you will see below, I want to have the “CBD” and “Suburban” checkboxes appear (in Stage 3 below) if someone checks the box next to “Office”.

SurveyGizmo does not have the capability to trigger sub-options based on the selection of a parent option.

Using your example, you may consider changing the title of the answer options to say something like:

    Office – CBD

    Office – Suburban

You could also just have the Office option and use that to trigger a follow up question that has the respondent choose between CBD and Suburban. This would require using Question Logic:

I hope this gives you some options!
