One of my members received this reply when they tried to complete their survey- Hello, you have already completed this survey. If you’re experiencing technical difficulty…” however, they didn’t yet complete the survey. How can I sent them a new link or fix this one?
Does your survey have any duplicate protection enabled on it? If so, if the respondent clicked on the link and didn’t complete it on the first try, clicking again would generate this message.
They may need to clear their cache/cookies to be able to get back in.
