I have been using the compare segments section in one of my surveys for a while now but i have found it recently (after creating a new report) has been altering the data. All graph will show 100% regardless of the result and the percentage spits are not consistent with the actual results. I know this as a I have logic to only display a question to a certain group yet when that group is filtered the results will change from 67% to 79%? I cannot figure out any reason for this and i have created new reports and set up the question answers segments again and again.
Without having access to your specific survey/report (other users in the Community can’t access your account), I can only speculate – are you able to post a screenshot of the issue that you are seeing?
