Hi, my company is split up into many different divisions, all of whom are separately responsible for their Survey Gizmo accounts (if they have one). We are looking to grant user access to another officer in a different area – but she already is a user (with that specific email) to another Survey Gizmo account.
How can I grant her access to our Account, without the need for her to be removed from her main account?
Hi. Thank you. I did notice on one of SG faqs that “As of February 8, 2016, we no longer allow a given email address to be assigned to more than one user record in the SurveyGizmo system.” Your suggesting might work but it sounds like id have to get our IT department to set up a specific email just to address the issue. Which sadly Id have to do reams of paperwork for and likely some form of business case. Just to allow an existing user in a separate licence the same company has, access to ours. Its not worth the cost/effort to the organisation (we are a local government and funded largely be our resident ratepayers – so i am mindful of value for our residents in any action needing taking. Thank you so much for your response.
@Timna Green: It sounds like you are running into an issue with the requirement for users to have unique email addresses. Typically people resolve this by adding a + and some characters to the email address. It would look something like so:
