Is there a way of having different colours for the NPS question please? (9 & 10 in green, 7 & 8 in black, 1 – 6 in red).
I have set it up as a likert scale, followed by a (hidden) NPS question that uses the likert scale response as the default but unfortunately there are issue when customers get to the end of the survey, then go back to the start and change their NPS response.
