Colleague has forgotten password but is not being sent an email

Hi there,

My colleague Fiona Hatchard is trying to log into Survey Gizmo however has forgotten her password. She has not received an email to change it.

      Thank you for posting to the SurveyGizmo Community!

      Our Support Heroes can certainly assist with your colleague’s password troubles, but it will be best to do so via a Support Ticket or via Live Chat.

      If Fiona is able to submit a ticket to support@sgizmo.com, our Support Heroes will be able to assist with resetting a password and making sure she gains access to her account.
