I created unique links for survey participants and sent the links via another system, not email campaign in surveygizmo. When I extract the status log, it shows the response status (not started, partial, complete), but I can’t tell if people have actually clicked the links or not. Is there a way I can check that?
I don’t think this information will be available in SurveyGizmo since you did not use an SG campaign – SurveyGizmo will still track the survey status like you mentioned, but not the status of the link within the email.
Perhaps the email system through which you sent your messages might have click tracking incorporated?
