I am being charged in dollars instead of pounds. How do I change this?


I signed up to pay £25 a month but am being charged $42 per month (approx. £34).  I’ve tried contacting Survey Gizmo to change this but they didn’t help and now won’t answer.  The only thing they suggested was to change the currency on my account but that doesn’t change the currency I am billed in.  I asked them not to take any more dollars from my card but they carry on.  I don’t want to stop using the survey but I can’t see what else to do?  Any ideas?
