we at TinQwise happily use your product for all our surveys. One thing that bothers us though, is that our account is on one of our collegues’ name. Is it possible to rename our user name to another user name?
Absolutely – All you need to do is have a user with Administrator privileges login to your account and navigate to Account > Account Summary. From here, they will want to click ‘Edit’ next to Primary Contact and update your Organization field &/or Name field.
To update User information, you will need an Administrator user to navigate to Account > User Management > Users to make changes. Here is a link to a few videos that provide additional information!
