I deleted the test responses manually. how do I get the count to be non-inclusive of these surveys? Can you delete those at your end for me?
If you have deleted these test responses, they should not be included in reports, etc. If you have created a report where you are seeing these responses still, it’s likely just a bit of a delay.
I have seen this take a little time to update in reports. You might also try creating a new report as a workaround.
