How do I change the colour of placeholder text in the survey?

0

Hello,

I’ve added some text into the placeholder of a field, but our survey is on a dark red background, so you can’t read the default grey placeholder colour.

I’ve tried to find a way to change this, but got stuck. Any ideas?

    Give this CSS a try:

    .sg-input-text, .sg-input-essay, .sg-question input[type=”text”], .sg-question textarea {
    color: white;
    }

    You can paste this into the Custom CSS section on your Style page (bottom right of the style page). You can change the color: white to another color if needed. You can also use hex codes which can be easily generated on a site like:

    Hope this helps!

        It may require some HTML and/or CSS code depending on where the text is located – can you paste a screenshot by chance? That should help provide some suggestions.

        Cheers!
