Does anyone have any suggestions?
Very frustrating – we used the free version to conduct a piece of research and now would like to upgrade to unlock features. However every time I try to make a payment with my Amex card I get an error message saying that there is a problem with the site and to try again later.
It is kind of comical that I can’t contact SG without first having successfully made the payment that is the cause of my support request.
SG how do I give you money!!??

I’ve tried to call the number but got denied with “the service requested is unavailable in your service area” message.
I’m calling from Hungary (Europe). Are there any other channels to reach your team and get help in this urgent case? A direct email or a call-back, or webex/zoom/etc.?
I have a similar issue: I cannot complete my upgrade, thus I cannot proceed to support.
I have all the information added and hit the button and then the spinner spins for ages. nothing happens.
I’ve got a project to start with so it is pretty urgent to me to upgrade and use the survey.

Please help me. I have the same error and can’t contact the support desk as I am still a free account member. What a frustrating, irritating issue!
