When downloading the results of a survey, on one of the users the email field (which I need) is empty; I´m attaching a print screen.
I´ve already tried going to “Delivery Stadisitics” and downloading the spreadsheeet with ” Export Contacts with Send Status” and I cant find the user ID (user ID Im looking is 130)
Thank you for attaching the screenshot to your post! The first idea that comes to mind is that response ID may have no originated from the same email campaign that has collected information for Responses 134 and 135. Possibly a different tracking link? This seems pretty survey specific, so I will reach out to you via email to make sure that is the case:)
