I was billed last time on April 3rd so I am assuming that this allows me to use your services until May 2nd. I’m happy with your services but I do not need them anymore, so I need to cancel.
In the help section I found how to cancel or downgrade but I didn’t find information on what happens with the remaining period that was billed.

A monthly SurveyGizmo is charged for the upcoming month and the account will auto-renew on the date of the original purchase (monthly account payment is unfortunately not pro-rated). If you were billed on April 3rd, you will be automatically billed on May 3rd.
If you elect to cancel your subscription the cancellation is effective immediately and as such we recommend cancelling just prior to the auto-renewal date.
