[Solved] Can I prer-populate user ID’s to better track required responses?

0

We have a required questionnaire that we must complete each year and I would like to know if I can pre-load user ID’s so that they can log in with their ID to complete the questionnaire and then log back into their survey if they don’t complete it in one sitting.

Thank you!

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for the question, Justin from SG Support here. You could absolutely use the Login/Password action to do this! What I’d suggest is only require a password (‘hide username’), make the password their User ID and upload a list of those to the survey. Just make sure to not use the One Time use option if you want respondents to be able to return to the survey.

That way, when they hit the first page of the survey, they are prompted to enter their User ID. Once they input a valid one, they’ll gain access to the survey!

And if you like, you could also add Save and Continue to the mix to allow respondents to come back to their in-progress response:

Give those a look and reach out to us via chat or email via support@sgizmo.com if you have more specific questions!

    Be excellent to each other,
